Group Description

iFOCUS ( international Fellowship of Christian University Students) is a multicultural, non-denominational and student-run group. It helps students to know more about Christianity and God. It has exciting programmes and encourages members to participate and grow in areas of interests in a supportive and friendly environment.

History.... iFOCUS was birthed by prayerful collaboration of a university student, AFES worker and Worldview college student in 2007. It commenced its first Friday night public meeting on 15 August 2008 with the support of ex-OCFers, AFES, Worldview college and local churches. It is affiliated with AFES (Australian Fellowship of Evangelical Students), FOCUS (Fellowship Of Christian University Students) and OCF (Overseas Christian Fellowship) * See LINKS. It has partnership with campus chaplaincy, Worldview College and local churches.

Our vision : REACH OUT, BUILD UP AND SEND OUT.

Meet every Friday 7pm at main Cafeteria, University of Tasmania, Launceston Campus, Newnham ( Venue Map available, see FILEs).
